Due to the unique and original nature of each artwork, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your artwork arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery at studio@dianapol.com, including photos of the damage and packaging. I will do my best to resolve the situation.
As a solo artist, I carefully prepare each order within 3–5 business days.
Once shipped, delivery may take approximately 1–4 weeks depending on your location.
Yes, I ship my artwork worldwide.
At the moment, I only sell original artworks. I do not offer prints or commissions yet, but this is something I plan to explore in the future.

Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Smaller pieces are shipped in protective boxes, while larger works are rolled and shipped in sturdy tubes.
All artworks are protected with acid-free paper and bubble wrap, include a certificate of authenticity, and are labeled as fragile.
At this time, artworks are sold unframed due to shipping logistics.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are not included in the listed price.
Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, as they vary by country. We recommend checking your local regulations for more information.
